The Shrine of Everyday Things

An immersive, interactive journey through domestic spaces under transformation and won a Manchester Theatre Award.

It was played-out in an empty row of houses set for demolition and regeneration one summer in Ardwick, made with Contact Young Company, Rodolfo Amorim, Renato Bolelli Rebouças and me. Installation and performance collided with memories of people and things, collected in drawers, behind closed doors, in the garden, down the street… think Coronation Street meets David Lynch.
